People that are given the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in a well defined team environment comprising standards, rules and leadership. Who gives the small business team its ‘opportunity’? The person within the small business who is the team leader. It is tremendous to see an effective small business team in action. To be a part of a group of people working co-operatively and in harmony is a real joy. Where the right things get done for the right reasons at the right time.
