In some ways, the undertaking of team building will conflict with many of the messages that people are faced with each day. Negative messages telling people that success is based upon what you look like and how much money you have are everywhere and continually thrust upon people. This is all the more reason to create a work place where solid and stable values like honesty and integrity are the social fabric of your business and sensible ways of behaving are expected and are the only way of doing business.
