Another objective may be for your business to behave in a socially responsible way. Finally, that the business makes a profit and you get to enjoy your business, family and your life.
Your team should be able to function so that team members know their jobs and what they can and cannot do. As the ‘engine room’ of the business, your team needs to be willing to work hard together and consistently to a high standard. To overcome barriers and push forward to achieve milestones that you set for your team.
Team development can create a winning team where members know the essential things about the business, such as, what has to be done to look after the customers, achieve sales, collect the money and account for the teams operations.
Also include a plan for the small business owner’s lifestyle, meaning a plan for your business so that you get a life.
